Agro Division

 

Classic knits India (P) Ltd., is one of the well diversified, professionally managed business house. Our team is lead by our Managing Director Mr R. Shanmugam and we are proudly declaring that our unit is one of unique unit which is processing the cotton completely.

We are having the following divisions
1. Agro Division: Where we are procuring cotton directly from the farmers and guide them to reduce the usage of pesticides and by 2015 we are planning to give 100% less pesticide residue cotton and its products.

2. Ginning Division: By using state-of-the art modern machineries at present we are producing 500 Bales per day and 200MT of seeds. We are planning to double our production by February 2011.

We are also having Spinning Division, Knitting Division, Garmenting Division and Oil Mill Division.

Oil division is equipped with state-of-the art modern machineries and processing the cotton seed more scientific manner. We can say this is one of the few oil processing units where all the following divisions are situated in one campus

I. De - Linting of Cotton seed: Here we are de-linting the cotton seed and getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd cut of linters.

ii. Hullers & Separators: By using disc-decorticator we are processing the De Linted seed and separate the Hulls and Meat.

iii. Expeller: After separation we are processing the meat through Expeller to extract the oil.

iv. Solvent Plant: Ours is unique which is having in house solvent plant where we are processing the oiled cake and separate the oil and getting the de oiled cake. This de oiled cake is one of the ingredient of cattle feed. We are getting 100MT of de oiled cake per day.

v. Refinery Plant: Again ours is one of unique plant which is having both Solvent and Refinery plant. In this plant we are processing 20MT of refined oil per day.

Our group is doing the turnover of 7.5million USD per year and planning to increase the same by 15million USD by end of 2012. We are equipped with dedicated team of more than 4,000 members and it will also increase depends up on the need.

We can supply bulk qty of COTTON SEED`S. Ours is one of the integrated units where we are procuring cotton directly from the farmers and guiding them to reduce the usage of pesticides and by 2015 we are planning to give 100% less pesticide residue cotton and its products.

We do de- linting in a most scientific way by using state of art of modern machineries. The seeds are arriving directly from our own ginning cleaned properly before we start the processing. When we are starting the process the moisture of the seed will be <15% this will enable us to de- lint the seed properly. We are processing and take 3 cuts of linters.

We used take th test report once in a week basis and the above to

report was taken on 01/12/2010 of the seed arrived on 27/11/2010.


Our again production capcity will be 12,000MT per month and We are

When we are starting the process the moisture of the seed will be <15% this will enable us to de- lint the seed properly. We are processing and take 3 cuts of linters.

A. 1st Cut Cotton seed Linters

ii. Cotton length: 5 mm. to 10 mm.
iii. Cotton diameter: 0.0205 - mm max
iv. Insoluble matter (trash): 9% Max.
v. Extra with water: 20%
vi. Ash: 1.5% Max

B. 2nd & 3rd Cut Cotton seed Linters

Cotton Seed Hulls


Ours is one of the integrated units where we are procuring cotton directly from the farmers and guiding them

to reduce the usage of pesticides and by 2015 we are planning to give 100% less pesticide residue cotton and its products.

We do de- linting in a most scientific way by using state-of-the art modern machineries. The seeds are arriving directly from our own ginning cleaned properly before we start the processing. When we are starting the process the moisture of the seed will be <15% this will enable us to de- lint the seed properly. We are processing and take 3 cuts of linters. After de linting the seed we are processing the seed through using discdecorticator in the huller machine.

This is one of raw materials for Feed. This will replace the shortage of Bran and Paddy and wheat straw. Our

Production Capacity will be 50Mt per day depends up on requirement we can increase the capacity

Cotton Seed De Oiled Cake

Ours is one of the integrated units where we are procuring cotton directly from the farmers and guiding them to

reduce the usage of pesticides and by 2015 we are planning to give 100% less pesticide residue cotton and its products.

We do de- linting in a most scientific way by using state of art of modern machineries. The seeds are arriving directly from our own ginning cleaned properly before we start the processing. When we are starting the process the moisture of the seed will be <15% this will enable us to de- lint the seed properly. We are processing and take 3 cuts of linters. After de linting the seed we are processing the seed through using discdecorticator in the huller machine. After splitting the seed we are separating the hulls and meat in the separator and the process through cooker, expeller and then extracting the oil in our solvent plant. After extracting the oil in the solvent plant we are getting De oiled cake.

  • We are also processing 20 MT of refined cotton seed oil and seattering the need of domestic.
  • We are also planning for manufacturing of cattle feed in year future.
